Shytoshi Kusama, the pseudonymous lead developer of Shiba Inu (SHIB), is confident that the crypto project will not lose its hype but claims that the team is never focused on hype.
Shiba Inu, according to Kusama, will remain relevant because the team behind the cryptocurrency has never been focused on attracting unnecessary hype.
According to Kusama, the team has concentrated on developing useful products and platforms to aid Shiba Inu in its organic growth. In addition, Shiba Inu has recently been working on collaborating with top companies that have relevant experience in various aspects of SHIB.
Kusama stated this on Shiba Inu’s official Discord channel:
“I do not think we’ll lose ‘hype.’ We were never focused on hype; we were focused on platforms and products. And now also partnerships.”
Shiba Inu’s Significant Development Since Its Inception
Shiba Inu has come a long way since it first went live in August 2020. However, Despite its initial launch as a meme-based cryptocurrency, Shiba Inu has been releasing new products and services that are assisting it in shredding the meme coin title.
Shiba Inu’s popularity skyrocketed last year, with many dubbing the cryptocurrency the “official Dogecoin killer.” Many initially assumed that the team’s goal was to generate unusual buzz through social media campaigns to drive mainstream adoption. However, people are now adopting Shiba Inu based on the projects the team has released and is currently developing.
Shiba Inu has launched its own non-fungible token (NFT) called Shiboshi, metaverse, and decentralized exchange called ShibaSwap. In addition, the team is currently developing a Play-to-Earn (P2E) game and a Layer-2 blockchain.
Shiba Inu collaborated with top companies on all of these projects to ensure their success. The SHIB team has collaborated with companies such as The Third Floor and Unification.
