The majority of conversations in the recent crypto community have centered around LUNC. Due to its meteoric rise and recent auspicious burn proposals, the abandoned asset attracts interest from cryptocurrency supporters and exchanges. A recent event highlight was the listing of LUNC on its first DEX, Saitama Pro.
The development was announced on Thursday by the Saitama city Twitter account.
“HOT NEWS: we are happy to announce that $LUNC (LUNA CLASSIC) is now listed on #SaitaPro, its first ever DEX.” The handle said in a tweet.
The most recent listing highlights the growing interest in LUNC as its rally continues to be strong and bullish sentiments are beginning to develop. In addition, users of the SaitaPro exchange can now trade the asset within the app. This provides LUNC with additional coverage as more investors try to board the sailing ship.
This development came a few hours after Binance announced that it would add the LUNC/USDT trading pair on Friday. In addition, Binance also stated that the 1000LUNCUSDT Perpetual Contracts with up to 25x leverage would be made available on the same day.
Sustained Rally of LUNC
Despite growing fears of a repeat of the previous crash, LUNC has continued its rally. As a result, the asset now sits comfortably in the 26th position of the largest cryptocurrencies as its valuation surged to $3.3B – a massive increase from the $660M market cap seen on August 1. This increase in value has propelled LUNC above notable assets such as CRONOS (CRO), Stellar (XLM), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Algorand (ALGO).
LUNC is still the most valuable cryptocurrency in the last 24 hours as of this writing. With a current value of $0.00053, the asset has increased by more than 50% in the last 24 hours. Likewise, Terra Classic’s recent value represents a whopping 450% increase from its initial value of $0.00009 last month.
Due to the upcoming 1.2% tax burn proposal, LUNAtics does not expect the asset’s campaign to reach its waterloo anytime soon. The community has set September 10 as the date for voting, and if the vote favors the burn proposal, the initiative will begin on September 20.
