Crypto.com has remained committed to supporting the Shiba Inu Ecosystem since it included support for Shiba Inu on October 5th, 2021.
In March of the previous year, the cryptocurrency exchange headquartered in Singapore introduced SHIB to its DeFi wallet. This action has allowed users to generate interest on their Shiba Inu holdings.
On August 22, 2022, Crypto.com expanded its support for Shiba Inu by introducing a new trading pair, SHIB/BUSD, on its platform.
In November 2022, Crypto.com announced that Shiba Inu accounted for approximately 20% of its reserve, which amounted to $558,152,612.17 ($558 million) worth of SHIB. However, the exchange’s reserve for the dog-themed cryptocurrency has significantly decreased in recent months. At present, Crypto.com holds $71,401,307 ($71 million) worth of SHIB in its reserves.
