Shiba Inu top whale added over 152 billion SHIB worth over $1.22 million worth in a single transaction, according to recent data. Based on the data from Etherscan.io, the 20th largest SHIB holder has significantly increased their holdings by acquiring 157,724,055,879 SHIB tokens, valued at $1,220,784 ($1.22 million). This substantial transaction occurred approximately 11 hours ago, showcasing the whale’s continued involvement and investment in the Shiba Inu cryptocurrency.

Shiba Inu Whale Continues Massive SHIB Purchases, Holds 5.96 Trillion Tokens
Shiba Inu’s top whale continues its significant buying spree, making another large purchase within a week. On June 29th, the whale acquired 183.95 billion SHIB tokens for $1.42 million. The whale has spent $2.64 million to accumulate 341.67 billion SHIB in the past seven days.
The whale’s holdings now stand at an astonishing 5.96 trillion SHIB, valued at $45.83 million.
The renewed interest in whales in SHIB coincides with Shytoshi Kusama hinting at the new launch date for Shibarium Mainnet. In a recent telegram chat, Kusama dropped hints that led the SHIB community to speculate on the Mainnet’s launch at the upcoming ETHToronto Conference 2023, scheduled for August 13-16 in Toronto, Canada, the birthplace of Ethereum.
In another update, IntoTheBlock’s quarterly report highlights a remarkable surge in new addresses for SHIB. The report indicates that SHIB concluded Q2 positively, with over 4,000 new addresses recorded on June 27 alone. This marked a significant 357% increase from the lowest quarter point when only 877 new users joined on May 21.
