Shiba Inu is the latest crypto asset to be accepted as donations in church. This development comes after the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington D.C. partnered with Engiven, a leading crypto donations platform, to accept crypto contributions as part of a move to grow its ministries.

As a result, the Washington D.C.-based Catholic church will accept donations in more than 95 cryptocurrencies, including Shiba Inu (SHIB), for over 300 parishes, schools, and ministries in the greater Washington, D.C. region.

Through this partnership, the Engiven would not only support the Church’s next generation of fundraising efforts but will also increase the church’s “digital stewardship initiatives.”

The popular crypto platform will also enable the Church to get flexible access to crypto donation pages with a menu of ministries and pages specific to programs like the Parish Support Initiative.
