The remarkable display, which took place in the bustling streets of the Big Apple, has left the Shiba Inu community abuzz with excitement.

She took to the X platform to share a video capturing the Shiboshis in all their glory on the New York City billboard. Accompanying the footage was a caption adorned with a “heart hands” emoji, symbolizing the affection and admiration of the community.
Interestingly, it was ElSende, a dedicated member of the Shiba Inu community, who initially unveiled this captivating showcase of Shiboshis on the New York billboard. ElSende commits to expanding the audience and influence of Shiboshis, and this endeavor represents a significant step in that direction.
Shiba Inu Enthusiasts Erupt with Excitement
Unsurprisingly, this update has ignited a whirlwind of reactions among Shiba Inu enthusiasts. Many community members expressed their exhilaration with rocket emojis, symbolizing their enthusiasm for this development.

Shiboshi NFTs: A Swift Sell-Out Success
Shiboshis made a significant mark in the NFT world when it launched on October 14, 2021. Remarkably, within a mere 34 minutes, all 10,000 units of these digital collectibles were completely sold out, achieving a remarkable milestone.
Shiba Inu distributed the 10,000 Shiboshis in three separate categories. Initially, they sold the first 3,000 Shiboshis at a rate of 0.1 ETH per unit. Subsequently, they minted a batch consisting of 5,000 Shiboshis, each priced at 0.2 ETH. Finally, they made the last 2,000 units of Shiboshis available for purchase at a rate of 0.3 ETH each.
Challenges Faced During Minting Phase
However, the minting phase was not without its challenges. Many users encountered difficulties, especially concerning the hefty gas fees required for transactions. Some users even reported spending up to $1,500 in gas fees without receiving their coveted Shiboshis.
The challenges faced during the minting of Shiboshis consequently catalyzed the Shiba Inu team to intensify their efforts in developing a Layer-2 scaling solution known as Shibarium, to alleviate such issues.
Shiboshi Transaction Volume Surpasses $30 Million
As of the time of writing, the floor price for the SHIBOSHI collection stands at 0.23 ETH, equivalent to $433.78. Since their launch, Shiboshis have achieved an impressive transaction volume, surpassing 15,971 ETH, translating to a substantial $30,121,306 (or $30.12 million).
The appearance of Shiboshis on the New York City billboard marks a significant step in their journey, making a resounding statement in the world of NFTs and capturing the attention of the ever-enthusiastic Shiba Inu community.
