The biggest SHIB burner of the day was a single transaction where a mysterious wallet removed 22 million SHIB.
Etherscan.io data reveals that the unknown wallet acquired 37.18 million SHIB from a wallet linked to Binance.US (identified as “Binance US 3”). Out of this amount, the wallet transferred 22 million SHIB to the dead wallet as part of the burn initiative. Following the burn, the wallet now holds 15.18 million SHIB.

Although a significant amount of 22 million SHIB was burned, the overall burning rate in the Shiba Inu community only increased by 22.93% compared to the previous day. On the previous day, 24.22 million SHIB was burned through five transactions.

As per a report by fxcryptonews, the Shiba Inu community has burned 170.71 million SHIB in the past week through 59 different transactions.
The adoption of the Shiba Inu ecosystem is increasing among mainstream users. Binance.US has replaced its KSHIB/USD trading pair with a new SHIB/USD pair, probably due to the rising popularity of SHIB. Cryptomeister’s recent study found that SHIB was the fourth most searched digital currency in the US, further supporting this trend.
Furthermore, the governance token of Shiba Inu, known as BONE, has gained significant attention after being listed on Gate.io, a global Bitcoin exchange with a lengthy history.
