The Shiba Inu team updates the launch of Shibarium. A few updates have been released by well-known Shiba Inu (SHIB) influencer “Lucie” about the impending Shibarium layer-2 network. A few new things are coming to the SHIB ecosystem, according to a statement posted on the Shibarium Discord server.
In the first place, the message mentioned a “physical-digital studio.” This might be a component of the SHIB metaverse project, which will debut later this year. The second item is “Few things for shiboshis holders.” This might imply that Shiba Inu (SHIB) NFT (non-fungible token) holders will gain access to exclusive features or even receive unique benefits in the metaverse.
The message concluded by stating that there is a “licensed something.” It can signify anything; thus, it’s difficult to guess what it means. But it might have something to do with a brand-new DEX (decentralized exchange).
Ragnar, another SHIB influencer, disclosed that ShibaSwap 2.0 is under development. However, the Shiba Inu (SHIB) Shibarium network update was the most significant. According to the message, the launch is approaching faster than anticipated, so the team is “speeding the time of releasing it.”

Shibarium Launch Keeps Getting Delayed. Is This Time Different?
Lucie shared another tweet from the Shibarium team, stating that the network might debut by the end of August. It is not, however, a set launch date. According to the sender, the estimate represented their “own expectation.”

It ought to have been released months ago. Launch, however, was delayed until this year due to development issues.
Although the network’s principal creator Shytoshi Kusama has also stated that it may launch in June or August, it is difficult to take his statements seriously because there is yet to be an official launch date. The SHIB team has repeatedly delayed the debut date, so it won’t be shocking if they do it again.
