Dogecoin Gets Community Excited With New Images

Dogecoin

The product lead of Dogecoin, Timothy Stebbing, recently shared a new photo on his Twitter handle, suggesting that something new is coming for the dog-themed token.

In a recent tweet, Stebbing shared an image of a dog in a metaverse background without adding any captions, leading enthusiasts of the project to predict what to expect soon.

To back up the product lead’s tweet, DOGE retweeted on its official Twitter handle.

Could Dogecoin be Planning a Game or Metaverse Because of Shiba Inu?

With the immense rivery between DOGE and SHIB, many would suggest that the image is a snippet of what is coming.

So far, Shiba Inu has already made significant progress toward launching its game dubbed Shiba Eternity. The Dogecoin killer recently disclosed that the game is now available for early testing in Vietnam.

It is worth noting that the SHIB team has also unveiled its metaverse project dubbed Shiberse. For Shiba Inu, the rollout of these projects is an essential step toward shaking off the meme title.

Following Shiba Inu’s focus on web 3.0 initiatives, the Dogecoin team could be under pressure to launch similar initiatives to bolster DOGE’s utility.

The possibility that the vision shared by the DOGE team could hint at the possible launch of a game or a metaverse project. Again, it is possible that no significant meaning is attached to the image, as it could be just another meme.
