COTI's Djed Platform Gets Cross-Chain Features Upgrade

COTI has improved its Djed platform by supporting multiple wallets, including Flint, GeroWallet, Yeroi Wallet, Typhon Wallet, and NuFi. This is a step towards enhancing the platform’s capabilities.

According to COTI, adding the wallets to the Djed protocol would make it easier for more people to create and burn DJED and SHEN, boosting the stablecoin’s adoption.

It’s important to note that COTI has made major efforts to make sure DJED satisfies user expectations since it went live on the mainnet to promote wider adoption. In an effort to increase DJED acceptance, COTI decided to introduce multi-wallet functionality.

Flint Wallet

The Cardano Djed stablecoin (DJED) protocol has announced its integration with Flint Wallet, a cryptocurrency wallet for DeFi and NFTs. Flint Wallet stated in a tweet yesterday that users would be able to mint and burn DJED and its reserve currency SHEN.

The Flint Wallet, created by dcSpark, is a Cardano-based crypto wallet that allows users to manage their digital assets and access the world of decentralized finance. The wallet can be downloaded on Android and iOS devices, and it also has an in-browser extension compatible with major browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Brave.

Djed’s Features get an Upgrade From COTI

The UI of the stablecoin platform has been updated, in addition to enabling multi-wallet functionality for DJED, according to COTI. Users can view the DJED and SHEN, which can be mintable thanks to the new UI design. The new improvement allows users to automatically switch between the Testnet and the Mainnet.

To make it simpler for users to follow their transactions, COTI also introduced a new column containing the transaction hash to the order book and a link to Cardano Scan.
