Members of the Shiba Inu community still desire Kusama’s continued leadership of SHIB.
Following the argument that broke out over the weekend between him and Shiba Inu’s Discord core staff, ShibaKraken, members of the Shiba Inu community have thrown their support behind SHIB head developer Shytoshi Kusama.
Through a Twitter poll started by Lucie, a well-known SHIB enthusiast, members of the Shiba Inu community expressed their support for Kusama.
The purpose of the poll was to ascertain whether the SHIB community still wanted Kusama to serve as the principal developer of Shiba Inu.
After 2,471 votes, 92% of participants backed Kusama, supporting him as Shiba Inu’s primary developer.
However, 8% of respondents said they didn’t want Kusama to be the chief developer of the cryptocurrency.
According to Lucie’s analysis of the poll’s findings, Kusama continues to be well-liked by the Shiba Inu community.
According to Lucie, the 8% of respondents who opposed Kusama’s continued employment as the chief developer for SHIB are “probably Discord gang” or ShibaKraken backers.
Community sentiment about @ShytoshiKusama doesn’t change.

It’s interesting to note that Kusama also had time to remark on Lucie’s most recent poll. Kusama stated yesterday in a tweet:
“Thanks, Lucieshib… nice poll. I’m sure [my retweet] will just fan the flames. Going from Char to Parched is fine…”

An Internal Rift in the Shiba Inu Ecosystem
As previously mentioned, the weekend’s launch of the All Things Shibarium Shy/Official Telegram group by Shibarium caused a divide within the Shiba Inu community.
Updates regarding Shibarium will be distributed to SHIB community members through the group Kusama established.
ShibaKraken charged the lead Shiba Inu developer with plotting a hostile takeover of the Shiba Inu community a few hours after Kusama revealed information about the group on Twitter.
Furthermore, Kusama allegedly expelled “many core members” of the SHIB project from the group, according to ShibaKraken.
He continued by saying he wouldn’t be a part of Kusama’s new organization.
Attention #ShibArmy. It has come to my attention that @ShytoshiKusama has just attempted a hostile takeover of the SHIB community. Many core members have now been removed from the "new group". I'm not sure what comes next, but I will not be joining Shytoshis new group.

In response to ShibaKraken’s public outburst, Kusama asked the main Discord staff of the Shiba Inu to avoid the group as he did not want to cause any trouble on the service.
He also made fun of the cryptocurrency’s core Discord crew for using the moniker Kraken, the same as a new coronavirus type.
Shiba Inu community members grimaced as they watched the conflict between ShibaKraken and Kusama.
Many people think that instead of making internal conflicts public, the pair could have resolved the matter privately.
Mainly, “the show of shame,” as many refer, could ruin Shiba Inu’s reputation and prevent the cryptocurrency from being widely adopted.
What's your goal? #shibarium is coming out and is this tweet of yours very friendly? Be respectful to our chief developer! Domestic disputes stay in the household, as soon as they move out, it harms us.
