As the mid-year begins, the Shiba Inu burning exercise continues to keep the token afloat despite the harsh condition of the cryptocurrency market this year.
So far, the SHIB Army disposed of 4.55 billion SHIB, equivalent to $46,446, within June via the SHIB burn portal launched in April. The community also sent 219.66 million tokens to dead wallets within the last 24 hours.
According to Shibburn.com’s data, June 2022 saw 4,553,606,683 SHIBs disposed of through 400 separate burn transactions.

Prominent Shiba Inu Burners in June
1Cent token, ETH SHIBA, and Travis Johnsons rank high among the lead SHIB burners projects of the month.
Among all these prominent SHIB Burners, 1Cent token burnt 385.55 million SHIB and became the giant SHIB burner of the month. ETH SHIBA claimed the second spot with 290 million burnt SHIB tokens. At the same time, Travis Johnson SHIB Super Store stood in third place with 234 million burnt SHIB.
Travis Johnson’s SHIB Super Store also developed a new idea to burn SHIB via Amazon Audible Bounty Program this June. SHIB Super Store earns $5 per signup as a bounty/reward from Amazon and uses the revenues earned from these signups to burn Shiba Inu.
